We are in the planning stages of finalizing another soul-expanding, heart-opening weekend for you. A weekend tucked away from the busyness of life, emerged in the pure bliss of Mother Nature. Another wonderful weekend filled with connections, reflections, many memories and lasting friendships.
Our first SOLD OUT, SL RETREAT, OCTOBER 2017, was a huge success and we can't wait to launch and sell-out our 2nd.
Retreating is a great way to take time for ourselves in reflection amidst an intimate and beautiful setting. It becomes a weekend that will help you to reconnect, re-align, re-balance and re-energize the body, mind, heart and soul.

The weekend will be full of goodness including yoga, meditation, empowerment, soul-inspired workshops, outdoor nature excursions, journaling, healthy eating, essential oils, art therapy, mindset work and so much more.
